Padre Burgos, Quezon | It's Nice to be Back

It's my second time visiting these three islands of Padre Burgos, Quezon Province namely; Borawan Island, Dampalitan Island and Puting Buhangin and I never get tired of seeing this again. Year 2011 was my first visit incline with the celebration of Pahiyas 2011, after a year nothing have change at all.

Borawan Island
Borawan Island make it to the mainstream when it was featured in Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho: Summer Special in 2011. Since then many local travelers where amazed and eager to see the place that said to be Boracay-Palawan of Quezon.
Limestone formation surrounded the whole island
Dampalitan Island
Together with Borawan Island this island also make it to the mainstream last 2011 when it was featured in Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho: Summer Special. This island got his name from a flower that abundantly grows in the area.
White sand beach of Dampalitan Island
Puting Buhangin
Of all the three this one was my favorite, Why? because I found the place more secluded and serene, the sand here are more finer than the other two plus there was a small cave located at right side of the island which you can swim at low tide.
Small hole at far end of the island. This island also known as Kwebang Lampas
Notes to Consider:
1. Getting to Padre Burgos?,Ride a bus from Manila bound to Lucena Grand Central Terminal there are several bus company that goes to this route but the most common is Jac Liner in Buendia Station, fare cost P210.00. It takes 3-4 hours travel from Manila to Lucena depending on the traffic situation. When you reach Lucena Grand Central just look for JAY LINER (bus going to Unisan, Quezon). if Jay liner is not available you may ride in any other buses (Barney, P&O, R&R),just be careful and make sure that these buses are via Unisan. Ask the conductor or the dispatcher if the bus is going to Unisan and tell them that you are only going to Padre Burgos, fare cost P20.00-P30.00. From Lucena the next town is Pagbilao and then Padre Burgos. It will takes you 40minutes to 1 hour travel going to Padre Burgos. Tell the conductor to drop you in crossing before the town proper (bayan). Tell him that in crossing where there is sign board "this way to Borawan". From there you can hire a tricycle going to Pier.
2. Boat rental vary from how many islands you want to visit: Borawan Island only = P800.00, Borawan Island + Dampalitan Island = P1,200.00, Borawan Island + Dampalitan Island + Puting Buhangin = P2,500. I recommend
